  • What levels of maths do you teach?
    We provide tutoring for GCSE, A-Level, and Further Maths. We also offer maths support at university level. Limited places are available for secondary and primary level students.
  • Do you cover Further Maths and university-level maths?
    Yes, we support students taking Further Maths at A-Level and offer tailored support for a wide range of university-level mathematics topics.
  • Do you help with assignments and coursework?
    Yes. We provide guidance and support for assignments at GCSE, A-Level, and university level, including maths-related fields such as data science or applied mathematics.
  • Do you accept primary or lower secondary students?
    We currently offer limited availability for Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3. Priority is given to GCSE, A-Level, and higher-level students.
  • Do you support adult learners or returning students?
    Yes. We work with adult learners preparing for qualifications, resits, or returning to education after a break.
  • How much does tuition cost?
    Fees vary depending on level and whether the session is one-to-one or group. Contact us for up-to-date pricing.
  • How do I pay for lessons?
    We accept payments via bank transfer or PayPal. Invoices are available upon request.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Missed sessions without notice may be charged unless due to an emergency
  • Are there places available right now?
    Availability varies depending on the level and subject. Priority is given to GCSE, A-Level, and university students. Contact us to check current openings
  • Can I try a session before committing?
    We offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss the student’s needs — this can be done with the student, the parent, or both. It’s an opportunity to understand goals, ask questions, and assess the right approach. While the first full lesson is paid, we may offer a discounted rate depending on the level and availability.
  • Do you offer flexible scheduling?
    Yes. We offer flexible weekday and weekend slots. Evening sessions are most popular and may book up quickly.
  • How do I book a tutoring session?
    You can book through our contact form, email, or WhatsApp. We'll arrange a free initial discussion and match you with a tutor.
  • Are lessons delivered online or in person?
    All lessons are currently delivered online via Zoom or Google Meet, using interactive tools and digital whiteboards to ensure engaging sessions.
  • Do you offer one-to-one or group sessions?
    We offer both. Most students choose one-to-one tutoring for focused support, but small group tuition is also available on request and depends on availability.
  • How long are lessons and how often can I book?
    Standard lessons are 60 minutes long. You can book weekly sessions or arrange more frequent tuition depending on your needs.
  • What tools or materials do I need for lessons?
    You’ll need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera, and basic stationery. We provide digital resources, worksheets, and revision materials.
  • Who are your tutors?
    Our tutors are DBS-checked professionals with degrees or master’s qualifications in mathematics from UK universities. They have extensive experience in online and face-to-face tutoring.
  • Will my tutor stay the same each week?
    Yes. We believe consistency is key. You will have the same tutor for regular sessions, unless you request a change or rescheduling is needed.
  • Can I choose a tutor based on my specific topic or level?
    Absolutely. We match you with a tutor who specialises in your level and subject area, whether it's pure maths, mechanics, statistics, or a university module.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • Why do FAQs matter?
    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do you track student progress?
    We provide regular feedback, topic-based assessments, and revision planning. Parents or students receive updates after every few sessions.
  • Do you provide homework or practice materials?
    Yes. Homework is provided after lessons to reinforce key skills. We also offer exam-style questions and revision packs.
  • What results have students achieved?
    Many of our students have improved by one to two grades. We’ve supported students moving from a grade 4 to grade 6, and others from grade 6 to grade 8+. University students also report improved confidence and clarity in advanced topics
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
